Implementation Stages for the GUIDE Process

GUIDE 1 : Concept Design Review

Concept design review, involving review of identifying hazards arising from location, accessibility, traffic, type of buildings in the surroundings affected by new developments, and other general constraints and mitigation measures for risks and hazards arising from the design (e.g., conceptual planning)

GUIDE 2 : Detailed Design, Maintenance and Repair Review

Detailed design, maintenance, and repair review where the building/ plant detailed architectural and structural design. The review will determine risks involved in the construction methods, access and egress, Risks related to maintenance and repair of a building and the structure is safe for the user.
